How Long Does It Take to Process An Order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping.  We make every effor to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  Please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands and human brains.  We aren't perfect, but we'll do our best to get your package out the door as quickly as possible!

What About Shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for Knöggle to all states withing the Continental United States.  Shipping fees will be calculated for Hawaii, Alaska and all other countries outside of the US.  We ship via Fedex, UPS, and USPS.

Do you offer Local Pickup or Delivery?

Yes.  You can pick up the Complete Knöggle Game, replacement blocks and additional strikers at 156 Washington Avenue, Batavia, NY 14020.  Please contact 585-948-5838 for arrangements.  We can also offer local delivery within the Western New York region.  Just give us a call!
